We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehousing & Lean Tutor to deliver training programmes to learners in Derby/Nottingham.

This role combines practical warehouse operations with Lean process improvement, preparing learners for modern logistics environments.

The Role

You will:

Deliver Level 2 Warehousing and Lean training

*

Teach goods in/out, stock control, picking and dispatch

*

Embed Lean principles such as waste reduction and process improvement

*

Create a positive and inclusive learning environment

*

Assess learner progress and set SMART targets

*

Support learners to gain skills, confidence and employment

*

Work to KPIs and quality standards

*

Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation

Requirements

*

Level 2 qualification in Warehousing (or relevant vocational area)

*

Strong industry experience in warehousing or logistics

*

Knowledge of Lean principles (e.g. 5S, waste reduction, continuous improvement)

*

Experience delivering vocational or adult training

*

Teaching and assessing qualification

*

Strong communication and organisational skills
