Position: Refuse Loader

Location: Carlisle, Cumbria

Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour (first 12 weeks) rising to £13.47 after 12 consecutive weeks

Overtime: Bank Holidays paid at double time

Start Date: Immediate, Apply now! (Applications close Friday 27th February 2026)

Hours: Monday to Friday, minimum 37.5 hours per week

What you'll be doing:

• Working as part of a friendly waste management crew
• Lifting and loading waste containers throughout the day
• Enjoying the fresh air while helping keep the community tidy

What we're looking for:

• Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads
• Reliable and punctual
• A great team player with good communication skills
• Happy to work outdoors in all weather
