Key Responsibilities: Fabrication and welding of steel plate materials ranging from 6mm to 100mm thickness Reading and interpreting engineering drawings Operating fabrication tools and welding equipment safely and effectively Ensuring quality standards are met and maintained throughout the fabrication process Working as part of a team to meet production targets Carrying out gas metal arc welding (MAG), to manufacture items and components. Cutting materials into the required shapes, checking dimensions and thicknesses. Welding or joining metal and other materials into a wide range of structures. Following engineering plans, drawings, and instructions.
