Senior Salmon are looking for a Welder to join their reputable client in Shirebrook
Rate of pay: £14.00 to £16.50 PH Overtime after 40 hours
This is a full time, temp to perm position starting as soon as possible
Responsibilities and Duties Include:
Must be experienced in heavy industry, Fabrication and welding of mild steel from 2mm up to 60mm in thickness using MIG process Follow drawings accurately. Must be physically fit, the work can be demanding but varied Making small sub-assemblies to large bespoke machinery. Will be required to operate saws, OH cranes, drills, guillotines and press brakes. Some mechanical work will be involved but full training will be given. Working under the supervision of the Manufacturing Supervisor. Must be able to work on own initiative and be part of a team. Manufacturing of recycling equipment Must be conscientious. Excellent timekeeping and attendance expected
