Job Overview To manage the London Showroom, office and meeting room on a day to day basis providing a high level of customer service for the Exec Co Team, Head of Wholesale as well as Key/ Account Managers and all visiting colleagues and customers. Provision of admin support to the UK & ROI Sales & Operations team where relevant Dimensions Manages operational budget for UKROI London Office and showroom No direct UKROI wholesale P&L responsibility however role is instrumental in supporting sales team in driving revenue, net achieved margin/ profitability People: Stakeholder management within region across wholesale sales, operations & merchandising Advanced stakeholder management across wider business across all levels from Board to facilities in the use and requirement of London showroom & office space Impact: Perception of the brand directly impacted by the smooth running of the showroom & ensuring all H&S and regulatory checks are completed and recorded Perception of the brand B2B in wholesale account support and through accurate and timely admin and seasonal tasks Supports sale s team performance against commercial targets, net profit contribution Financial & account sell through Fundamental in facilitating efficient ways of working to encourage profitability, growth & best in class c...
