Think of yourself as part field expert, part coach, and part safety superhero.

Requirements

What You Bring to the Table

• A valid driver’s license (you’ll need to get to those turbines).
• You've got Level 2 training and AT status—basically, you know your stuff.
• Bonus points for people management experience—but a great attitude is essential.
• Strong technical skills and a rock-solid commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Rocking Day-to-Day

• Conduct inspections and routine maintenance.
• Troubleshoot turbine issues—electrical, mechanical, or otherwise.
• Lead special missions like onboarding new turbines and major component swaps.
• Keep the paperwork and digital logs organized and up-to-date.

Additional Responsibilities

• Manage stock and supplies—order parts proactively and maintain regional stock levels.
• Build strong customer relations—be the friendly face and reassuring voice on-site.
• Ensure safety and quality standards—review and improve QHSE procedures, and monitor vehicles and equipment.
• Provide leadership—guide and develop technicians, run team meetings, share knowledge, and spend time planning and reporting to elevate your team’s performance.
