Requirements
What You Bring to the Table
- A valid driver’s license (you’ll need to get to those turbines).
- You've got Level 2 training and AT status—basically, you know your stuff.
- Bonus points for people management experience—but a great attitude is essential.
- Strong technical skills and a rock-solid commitment to safety.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Rocking Day-to-Day
- Conduct inspections and routine maintenance.
- Troubleshoot turbine issues—electrical, mechanical, or otherwise.
- Lead special missions like onboarding new turbines and major component swaps.
- Keep the paperwork and digital logs organized and up-to-date.
Additional Responsibilities
- Manage stock and supplies—order parts proactively and maintain regional stock levels.
- Build strong customer relations—be the friendly face and reassuring voice on-site.
- Ensure safety and quality standards—review and improve QHSE procedures, and monitor vehicles and equipment.
- Provide leadership—guide and develop technicians, run team meetings, share knowledge, and spend time planning and reporting to elevate your team’s performance.
