Job Description:

We are searching for an experienced Workday Consultant (Core HCM) - 6 Month FTC to support the deployment of Workday Core HCM, focusing on job architecture and security configuration. Responsibilities include configuring job profiles, supporting security groups, partnering with stakeholders, data validation, documentation, troubleshooting, and monitoring community updates.

What we are looking for:

• Extensive experience with Workday Core HCM, including at least one full lifecycle implementation.
• Proven expertise in Workday Job Profiles, Job Catalogs, and Security Configuration.
• Strong understanding of Workday security model including User-Based Security Groups, Role-Based Security, and Domain/Business Process Security Policies.
• Experience with Workday EIBs, Reporting, and Business Process Framework is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable:

• Workday Pro or Workday Partner Certification in Core HCM or security.
• Previous experience working in a global HRIS environment with complex job architectures.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements impacting HR data security.
