Working Supervisor / Site Agent

you will work on the tools when required while managing the site and team. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all on-site trades, including bricklaying, plastering, painting and groundworks. Lead a small team of tradespeople and subcontractors, ensuring work is delivered safely and efficiently. Carry out hands-on trade work as part of the working-supervisor role. Organise labour, materials, plant and equipment to maintain smooth site operations. Complete daily site records, progress reports and documentation. Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks and maintain health & safety compliance. Ensure high-quality workmanship and that all work meets project specifications. Liaise with clients, suppliers and stakeholders professionally. Troubleshoot issues on site and maintain a well-organised working environment. Person Specification
Essential Skills & Experience SSSTS (essential) Strong hands-on background in bricklaying, plastering, painting, groundworks or multi-trade construction. Previous experience leading or supervising a team on site. Excellent organisation, communication and time-management skills. Good knowledge of UK health & safety regulations and safe working practices. Ability to manage a site while also working practically
flexible, proactive attitude. Full UK driving licence (essential).
