Previous experience of working as a Senior Engineer or Workshop Controller role gained through working as a Service Engineer/Fitter on LCVs, HGVs or Plant & Equipment or in a similar position. Engineering qualification (likely to be gained in a Construction Plant environment, City & Guilds or NVQ preferred) achieved through a recognised formal training programme. Ability to analyse data and produce detailed counter measures to close performance gaps and provide high asset compliance.
