is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced

Workshop Crusher/Screener/Shredder Engineer

to join a busy and growing team at their Avonmouth depot. The successful candidate will carry out

maintenance, repairs, and servicing

on a range of plant and machinery including crushers, screeners, and other recycling and waste equipment. This is a hands-on, team-oriented role where high standards of

health & safety, equipment preparation, and reporting

are essential. Key Responsibilities

Carry out maintenance and repair work on crushers, screeners, shredders, and other machinery to the highest professional standards.

Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure targets and deadlines are met.

Maintain and demonstrate a strong focus on

health & safety

at all times.

Prepare equipment to the highest operational standards for use in the field.

Complete detailed job reporting, documenting work carried out and any further repairs required.

Complete online job sheets using the company's in-house systems.

Work Experience Requirements

Strong background in

crushing, screening, or shredding equipment

essential.

CSCS card

holder preferred.

NVQ Level 3 in

Plant Maintenance

or equivalent.

Ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-changing environment.

Excellent attention to detail and conscientious approach to work.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Education Requirements

Good general education including

English, Maths, and IT .

Additional Information

Manufacturer training will be provided when available.

Full-time role based at Avonmouth, Bristol.
