Are you an experienced Mobile Hydraulic Hose Engineer or someone with strong hydraulic knowledge looking to take the next step in your career off the tools? We’re looking for a hands-on, organised and customer-focused Workshop Manager to run the trade counter operations of our busy 24/7 hose service company.

About your new Workshop Manager role

- Making hydraulic hoses to order with precision and speed - Managing stock levels and overseeing replenishment to keep operations flowing - Leading a small team – allocating tasks, providing support, and ensuring top performance - Serving customers at the trade counter – offering expert advice and solutions - Supporting the day-to-day workshop operations – keeping everything running smoothly

Qualifications required for the Workshop Manager role

- Hydraulic experience is highly desirable - Background in engineering, mechanical or industrial sectors - Great communication and leadership skills - Organised, proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Ideal for someone looking to move from a tools-based role into a management position
