The Opportunity As Workshop Manager, you will lead a team of 11 engineers within a workshop environment, ensuring high standards of productivity, quality, and continuous improvement. Youll also act as the primary technical contact for both customers and suppliers. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys combining team management with technical involvement. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 11 engineers Drive productivity, quality standards, and operational processes Deliver training and support continuous improvement initiatives Act as the main technical point of contact for customers and suppliers About You Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor or Team Leader Strong technical knowledge of gearboxes, motors, engines, pumps, and rotating equipment Hands-on experience with stripping, inspection, and repair of mechanical components Ambitious and ready to progress into a Workshop Manager role Comfortable with travel and working across multiple sites Whats on Offer Competitive salary of £50,000
