You need to be familiar with industrial maintenance/equipment and competent managing a small team. Reporting to the Operations Director, the role involves overseeing the day to day maintenance of the plant equipment and systems at the Materials Recovery Facility. This includes a team of engineers where you will support them in the maintenance of the equipment when needed. You will oversee project improvements, liaise with contractors, manage spare parts, train and develop and monitor plant performance and reliability.
