Due to growth and internal development, they are now seeking a Workshop Supervisor to take ownership of operations at their Burton upon Trent site.

The Role This is a workshop leadership role that is primarily office-based, focused on coordination, planning and performance — but it requires strong engineering knowledge to be effective.

You will not be expected to be on the tools full-time; however, your technical background will be critical in supporting engineers, making decisions, prioritising jobs and ensuring quality standards are consistently met. You will act as the operational heartbeat of the workshop — keeping jobs moving, maintaining standards and driving efficiency.
