· Work collaboratively with colleagues to share effective teaching strategies and resources.

· Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities. Year 5 Teacher Requirements

· Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

· Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally in Year 5.

· Strong communication, organisational, and classroom management skills.
