The role

Better Building Control is a new approved inspector launching in London. We're not building another box-ticking operation - we're building the building control company that developers and homeowners actually want to use. Fast, transparent, tech-enabled.

We're looking for one Registered Building Inspector to come in as our founding inspector. You'll be the person who sets the standard.

What's on offer

• £60,000–£70,000 base depending on experience
• 10% net profit share from Month 1
• 5% equity vesting over 3 years
• Genuine input into how we build and operate
• Hybrid working - we're not asking you to sit in an office

What we need from you

• Registered Building Inspector (BSR registered) - Class 2 minimum
• Experience across domestic and/or small residential development
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
• Someone who wants to build something, not just fill a role
