Are you a Youth Support Worker that is passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? Do you thrive in high-energy environments where no two days are the same? If so, we’d love to hear from you.
We are seeking a Youth Support Worker to join a fantastic all-boys SEMH secondary school in Wandsworth. This school supports students aged 11–16 who require targeted intervention to succeed both academically and socially. The role is incredibly rewarding, ideal for someone with experience in behaviour support, mentoring, or youth work.
Key Responsibilities – Youth Support Worker
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEMH needs, ASD, ADHD and challenging behaviour
* Assist students in regulating their emotions using de-escalation and restorative strategies
