The Opportunity Youll work closely with Partners and senior colleagues to deliver high-quality, complex mixed tax advisory work across a diverse client base. This is a hands-on role where youll take ownership of projects from start to finish, combining technical depth with strong client relationships. Your work will span a wide range of advisory areas, including:Corporate restructures and reorganisationsInheritance tax and estate planningProperty transactionsSales and acquisitionsSEIS/EIS and employee incentivisationTrusts and international tax mattersNo two days will look the same, making this an ideal role for someone who thrives on variety and challenge. ?? What Youll Be DoingDelivering complex mixed tax advisory projects alongside PartnersPreparing clear, well-structured tax advice letters and reportsActing as a key point of contact for clients on advisory engagementsSupporting the tax aspects of corporate transactions in collaboration with specialistsDelegating and reviewing transaction documentationHandling technical responses to HMRC enquiriesSharing knowledge and supporting the development of the wider tax teamManaging and mentoring team members, including interviews and appraisalsPlaying an active role in the ongoing growth and development of the tax department? What Were Looking ForStrong technical knowledge across corporate tax, personal tax, and IHT/trust taxation, including international considerationsCTA qualified (or equivalent); candidates qualified by experience will also be consideredExperience ideally gained within a mid-tier or Top 100 accountancy firmExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax matters clearlyA client-focused mindset with a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional serviceConfident IT skills, particularly in Word and Excel??
