Job Description:

Provide 1:1 support for a pupil with ASD, ensuring engagement and progress Implement individualised strategies to support communication, social interaction, and emotional regulation Adapt learning activities to meet the child’s needs and promote independence Work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and external professionals Monitor progress and contribute to EHCP reviews and target setting Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment The Ideal Candidate Will:
