The Role - 1:1 Primary Teaching Assistant

Seeking a patient and resilient 1:1 Primary Teaching Assistant to support a pupil aged 7-11 within a specialist SEMH setting. You will provide consistent individual support throughout the school day, helping the pupil engage with learning, follow routines and manage behaviour positively. The role involves implementing behaviour strategies, supporting emotional regulation, adapting learning activities and working closely with teaching staff to create a safe, structured and supportive environment.
