1:1 SEN Learning Support Assistant

College Provision – London Borough of Greenwich Immediate Start | Long-Term Contract until July 2026

Location: London Borough of Greenwich Start Date: ASAP (from 02/02/2026) End Date: 24/07/2026 Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm Daily Rate: £90 – £115 (depending on experience)

A reputable College Provision in the London Borough of Greenwich is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced 1:1 SEN Learning Support Assistant to join their team on a long-term basis. This is a full-time role supporting learners at Key Stage 5, running until July 2026.

The Role

As a 1:1 SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with post-16 learners across a range of courses including BTEC, T Levels, GCSEs and/or A Levels. You will provide tailored, individualised support to help students access the curriculum, develop independence, and achieve their academic potential.

Support will be delivered both 1:1 and in small group settings, within a classroom environment.
