1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant - Wallingford, Oxfordshire Pay Scale: £89.00 - £100.00 per day Start Date: ASAP A welcoming and inclusive community primary school in Wallingford is seeking a dedicated and professional 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. This role involves providing high-quality, individualised support to pupils who require additional assistance to fully access the curriculum and succeed in the classroom. You will work closely with pupils who have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), delivering tailored, hands-on support throughout the school day. The role includes implementing personalised learning activities aligned with individual targets, supporting academic progress, and promoting pupils' social, emotional, and behavioural development.
