The Role – 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant Seeking a compassionate and patient 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to work with a pupil aged 3–19 with significant special educational needs. You will provide dedicated individualised support inside and outside the classroom, working closely with the SENCO and class teachers to help the pupil access their curriculum, manage behaviour, build communication skills and develop independence.
