The Role - 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistant

Seeking a compassionate and dedicated 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistant to support a pupil aged 4-16 with special educational needs and/or disabilities. You will provide consistent individual support throughout the school day, adapting learning materials, reinforcing teacher instructions and implementing personalised strategies linked to EHCP outcomes. The role involves supporting communication development, emotional regulation, behaviour management and promoting independence within a structured and nurturing classroom environment.
