?? About the Role As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will:

Provide tailored support to a specific pupil with additional learning needs Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to implement personalised learning plans Foster a positive and encouraging relationship to help the pupil engage and progress Support emotional regulation and social development Assist with classroom activities and transitions to ensure inclusion

A caring, empathetic, and patient approach Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience supporting children with SEND or additional needs is highly desirable A relevant Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is an advantage, but not essential
