The Role - 1:1 Teaching Assistant

As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting a pupil with Autism (ASD) on a full-time basis. The pupil requires consistent support throughout the school day to help with engagement in lessons, emotional regulation, and social interactions. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCo to implement strategies that support the pupil's learning and wellbeing. The ideal candidate will be patient, nurturing, and confident in supporting pupils with additional needs, helping them access the curriculum and develop key social skills.
