Work closely with a specific student to support their learning and progress across the curriculum. Assist with adapting lesson materials to meet the student's individual needs. Promote student engagement, confidence, and independence. Liaise effectively with teachers, SENCO, and parents/carers. Support the delivery of individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviourThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Experience working with young people in an education setting, particularly those with additional learning needs, is desirable. Patient, empathetic, and adaptable Able to work collaboratively with staff A relevant qualification (e.g. Teaching Assistant or equivalent) is an advantage.To be eligible:
