11488 42.5-hour Qualified Pharmacy Checking Technician - Permanent contract We are looking to recruit a 42.5-hour Qualified Checking Technician to work in the onsite hub pharmacy at Head Office, Lynstock House, Lynstock Way, Lostock, Bolton, BL6 4SA. The proposed shift pattern is: Monday 15:00-00:00 (30 minutes unpaid break) Tuesday 15:00-00:00 (30 minutes unpaid break) Wednesday 15:00-00:00 (30 minutes unpaid break) Thursday 15:00-00:00 (30 minutes unpaid break) Friday 15:00-00:00 (30 minutes unpaid break) As a Qualified Pharmacy Checking Technician you will lead the dispensing activities through dispensing and checking prescription items quickly and accurately. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our high standards of customer care and services are maintained throughout the department. Evidence of completion of the Accuracy Checking Course (ACT Qualification) and registration with the GPhC is essential. You must be confident in building customer relationships, establishing their needs, providing friendly advice and excellent product knowledge and services. You must also have the drive and enthusiasm to want to coach others in your department to do the same.
