Executive Assistant – 14‑Month Temporary Contract


About the Opportunity

A leading global investment organisation is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant for a 14‑month maternity cover within one of its most dynamic, fast‑growing divisions. The team operates in a highly commercial, client‑facing environment and is known internally for its energy, pace and collaborative culture. Although the role is EMEA focused, you’ll work closely with colleagues across Europe, US, and APAC.

The Role

14-month maternity cover to an EA who supports 8-10 individuals, ranging from Partner, VP and Associate level.


Key Responsibilities

  • Managing complex, ever‑changing calendars across multiple time zones.
  • Coordinating international roadshows.
  • Using Salesforce for team processes and tracking.
  • CRM support and maintenance.
  • Staying ahead of a fast‑moving team with many parallel workstreams.
  • Supporting both senior leaders and juniors with equal confidence.


What You’ll Bring

  • 7-10 years’ experience an Executive Assistant within a fast-paced environment such as private equity or alternative investments.
  • Experience within an investor relations, fundraising or roadshows.
  • Open‑minded, adaptable and resilient approach.
  • Thrives in a fast‑paced, constantly changing environment.
  • Confident, proactive and comfortable speaking up.
  • Strong multitasking ability with the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
  • Highly tech‑savvy, ideally previous experience in G Suite.
  • Enjoys being part of a social, collaborative and people‑focused culture.
  • Willing to roll up your sleeves and go beyond traditional EA duties.


Contract length: May 2026 – August 2027

Hourly rate: £30-£33 per hour plus holiday pay, depending on experience

Core hours: 9am-6pm, hybrid working (flexibility is essential)
