Hiring Now – Outreach Tutors Needed in Clacton-on-Sea & Surrounding Areas!

Are you passionate about making a difference in education? New Way Tuition Ltd is looking for dedicated Outreach Tutors to provide English and Maths tuition for Secondary and SEN students in Clacton-on-Sea and nearby areas. Sessions take place in homes, libraries, or schools, supporting those outside mainstream education.

What You’ll Do

Deliver 1:1 tuition in English and Maths (up to GCSE/Functional Skills)
Motivate and support students with SEN, SEMH, or those at risk of exclusion
Adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning needs
Use creative resources and strategies to enhance student engagement

What We’re Looking For

✔ Tutoring or teaching experience (SEN experience is a plus!)
✔ Strong Literacy and Numeracy skills (up to GCSE level)
✔ QTS, QTLS, PGCE, or a relevant degree (preferred but not essential)
✔ Patience, empathy, and great communication skills
✔ An Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
