Residential Property Solicitor - 2+ PQE
Location: Sidcup
Salary: £50,000-£70,000 (DOE)
Term: Full-time

A long-established, modern and growing law firm is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join their expanding team in Sidcup.

You will independently manage a busy and varied residential property caseload, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

• Remortgages

• Transfers of equity
  
  

We're looking for a solicitor who:

• Can work proactively and on their own initiative

• Has solid knowledge of residential property law (property development knowledge beneficial)

• Works well under pressure and can meet deadlines

• Has strong communication skills and a client-focused approach

• Is comfortable working with minimal supervision

• Can contribute to business development when needed
