Were seeking an experienced Head of Estates and Property to manage a £300m estate and a £26m annual budget. This senior leadership role covers property strategy, capital programme delivery, PFI/NPD contract management, maintenance services, and energy efficiency. You will provide leadership to a team of 40 professionals, ensuring safe, sustainable facilities that directly impact patient care.

You will lead estates, property management, and capital projects for NHS Dumfries & Galloway. Shape healthcare infrastructure, sustainability, and compliance across 42 sites.

Key responsibilities
