Job Title: 360 Excavator Operator
Location: Nationwide (initial base: IP31 3HJ) – Travel & Staying Away Required
Hours: Monday to Friday, Site Hours 07:00 – 17:00 (Contracted 39 hours/week)
About the Role:
We are seeking 4 experienced 360 Excavator Operators to join a specialist civils and landscaping team delivering complex water-based projects across the UK. The role involves regular travel and staying away from home during the week, with all accommodation and travel logistics handled.
This is a great opportunity for machine operators looking to secure long-term work on diverse, large-scale sites ranging from drainage installations to lake construction and environmental landscaping.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate 360 excavators (above and below 10T) for a variety of civil works
* Earthworks, loading dumpers, and trenching
* Carry out grading, desilting, dredging, and lifting operations
* Work closely with groundworks teams to support project deadlines and maintain safety standards
* Maintain machinery in good condition and adhere to all health & safety requirements
Requirements:
* CPCS or NPORS 360 Excavator ticket (Above & Below 10T)
* Previous experience operating on civil engineering, landscaping, or drainage projects
* Comfortable working on large, open, and sometimes water-adjacent sites
* Willingness to travel and stay away during the week
