• Develop and manage 4D models that integrate project schedules with BIM environments
• Produce high-quality visualisations and simulations to support tenders, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery
• Collaborate closely with planners, engineers, and BIM teams to define sequencing and methodology
• Monitor project progress and update models to reflect real-time status
• Support the continuous improvement of digital construction processes across projects

• Proven experience in construction planning and scheduling
• Proficiency with 4D planning tools (e.g. Synchro, Navisworks)
• Strong understanding of BIM and construction methodologies
• Excellent communication and collaborative working skills
• Eligibility to obtain SC security clearance
