The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our well known and industry-leading client based in the Carlisle area. We are looking for several dedicated 7.5 Tonne Driver (Cat C1 ) to join the team. Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00am start until around 10:00am (paid minimum 4 hours) Start Date: 20.03.2026 Pay Rate: £14.85 per hour PAYE Location: Carlisle, CA3 Job Type: Minimum 4 week contract, potentially leading to ongoing work The role: Securely moving and transporting palletised parcels to sub depots or delivery/collection units.-high value goods. 1 drop per shift - Carlisle to Distington Focusing on safe driving and maintaining accurate paperwork. Drivers will be required to assist with loading and unloading of the roll cages from the vehicle using a tail lift and pump truck. Interacting with customers and representing the company in a professional and courteous manner.
