7.5T DRIVER (C1) MULTI-DROP DELIVERY / CHESSINGTON
We are recruiting experienced 7.5T (C1) Drivers for a logistics operation based in Chessington. This role involves multi-drop deliveries to commercial customers, including Central London routes.
This is an ongoing opportunity offering consistent weekday work with long-term potential. Immediate starts available.
Role: 7.5T Driver (C1)
Contract Type: Temporary / Ongoing
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday
Start Time: 07:00 AM
Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week
PAY
Standard Rate Weekday (MonFri)
Basic Hourly Rate: £17.00
Holiday Pay (Rolled Up): £2.37
Total Hourly Pay (Inclusive): £19.37
Overtime: Not applicable
Weekend Work: Not required
Pay Frequency: Weekly
RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES
Completing 1012 multi-drop deliveries per shift
Delivering to commercial customers and stores (including Central London)
Loading vehicle before departure and securing loads safely
Following planned routes and delivery schedules
Completing delivery paperwork / EPOD
Conducting daily vehicle checks and reporting defects
Maintaining communication with the transport team
EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Full UK 7.5T (C1) Licence
Valid CPC Card
Digital Tachograph Card
Minimum 1 year 7.5T driving experience
Maximum 6 penalty points (no major endorsements)
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
Reliable, flexible and professional attitude
Good customer service and communication skills
