Staff Power are currently recruiting for a hardworking and reliable Forklift Driver / Porter on behalf of our client, a well-established and rapidly growing manufacturing business.
Our client has over 30 years of industry experience and operates with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and sustainability. Their aim is to provide high-quality products tailored to individual customer requirements, delivered to specification and on time, every time.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy warehouse team where you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations.
Duties & Responsibilities of Forklift Driver / Porter:
Loading and unloading pallets in a timely and safe way
Moving pallets from production to wrapping area
General warehouse duties and house keeping
Operating on the shop floor
Maintaining complete safety of yourself & all other employees and visitors at all times
To be successful in this role, you will must have a 7.5 Tonnes licence and a Counterbalance Forklift Truck Licence. Ideally, the candidate will also a Flexi Truck Licence as well.

Job Details & Benefits:
Permanent, full time position
Two weeks training on dayshift, moving to working shifts, days and nights, working 36hrs per week. The fixed shift rota system consists of 3 x 12 hour shifts, 7.00 am. to 7.00 pm, and 7.00 pm to 7.00 am with a 40 minute paid break which can be taken in two 20 minute or one 40 minute break
