Are you a7.5t Driver,who is sick of doing home delivery roles, with 30 / 40 drops per day (and also working every Saturday), or are you a newer pass Class 2, struggling to gain HGV experience, We have the role for you. Our client are looking for reliable drivers, to work out of Middleton. The role will involve you loading up your vehicle in the morning (so you will need to be physically fit), scanning your boxes on, then doing around 5 / 7 deliveries to businesses around the Liverpool area. The work is Monday to Friday (with occasional overtime on offer for Saturday's (but not forced)

You will form an integral part of our clients team, delivering pallets to their customers around a localised area. The7.5t Driverwork is Monday to Friday, with the start time from around 8am, with our client needing all drivers to have good communication skills, keeping the office updated on any issues / delays.

Job Details:

• Monday to Friday
• 09:00 start times
• £14 p/h - £16 p/h
• Around 6-10 drops per day

Duties

• Delivering boxes to customers using a curtain-sided vehicle
• Ensuring loads are secure using ratchet straps
• Daily download of drivers card & prompt defect reporting
• Keeping in regular contact with the office regarding any issues or delays

Skills

• Previous curtain-sided delivery experience
• Knowledge of using ratchet straps for securing loads
• Strong communication skills
• Valid UK7.5t Driverlicence, CPC & Digi Tacho for 1 year
