We are working with an oversubscribed Catholic sixth-form college in central Manchester to recruit a Teacher of A-level English from January 2026 onwards. This is an excellent opportunity to teach motivated students in a high-performing, well-resourced environment with a strong academic culture.

The Role

Teacher of A-level English (Year 12) Part-time: Mondays and Wednesdays, 9:00am - 4:00pm Deliver high-quality, engaging A-level lessons in English Inspire students with strong academic aspirations, many of whom progress to English and related degree programmes Work within a supportive department that values innovation, subject expertise, and excellent teachingThis role would suit experienced A-level teachers, as well as confident ECTs or FE-qualified teachers with proven experience delivering A-level English.
