AC Engineer - Building Services Maintenance - Up to 45k + Overtime + callout

We are recruiting for a AC biased Maintenance Engineer to workacross the South East, this role is remot..

The organisation has seen steady growth doubling in size over the past few years and has contracts signed up a full order book through to 2029 already.

Performing PPM's, repairs, and call outs there is an on-call rota 1 in 4 currently across the region

Package

• Salary basic upto £45,000 + package + Vehicle
• 40hr week
• 33 Days holiday including bank holidays
• On call
• OT time weekdays and evenings and weekends.
• Private Pension

Requirements

• Used to performing Repairs to various buildings - Essential
• AC & Health and safety knowledge - Essential
• C&G or NVQ level2 or above trained - Desirable
• CRB Checked - Essential

This would suit someone who has worked within Building services, M&E, Construction, Industrial Maintenance, Facilities Management, Fire & Security or Hire organisation or within other industries.
