An exciting opportunity to join an established Building Services company completing installation work near Cannon Street has arisen. CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an Air Conditioning Installation Engineer to carry out Installation work on a office fit out project. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of AC installation and have a proven track record in commercial fit out.

Key duties & Responsibilities

Removal of existing condensers, removal of old decommissioned pipework. Installation of new condenser onto roof. Installation of pipework Internal pipework preparations Installation of pipework Decommissioning Placement & Connection of new unit. Pressure test & evacuate system Removal of condenser and pipework. Decommissioning of 2nd system. Connection of new unit. Pressure test system Basic commissioning of system Removal of condenser and pipework. Hours of Work / rates

Monday to Friday 8:00am-16:00pm up to £280 per day ...
