Are you a hands-on pro who loves solving problems and making things work? We’re hiring a Maintenance Technician on behalf of our property management client—someone who takes pride in keeping apartment communities functional, and welcoming for .
From HVAC fixes to unit make-readies, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping the property in top shape. You’ll work closely with both the Service Manager and Property Manager, using your skills in plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and more to ensure everything runs like clockwork.

What You'll Be Doing:
Rotate in a 24-hour on-call schedule; respond to emergencies within 15 minutes and begin repairs within 30.
Prep vacant units for move-in—trash out, repairs, cleaning, and final touches.
Keep common areas looking sharp—sweep sidewalks, remove trash, tidy pool areas and hallways.
Complete service requests within 24 hours whenever possible.
Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
Support routine property inspections and flag maintenance concerns.
Maintain an organized, clean maintenance shop.
Report incidents or property concerns to site management promptly.
What You Bring to the Table:
EPA Certification – required
Pool Certification – required
Hands-on knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances
2+ years of experience in apartment or residential property maintenance
Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
Clear communication and a strong focus on safety and quality
