This is a short-term, initial 2-months hybrid contract, offering up to £380/day, via Umbrella. There is the possibility for extension up to the end of the year for the right professional. This role is open for a limited time. Next steps will be shared with shortlisted candidates ASAP.


What You'll Do:

* Collaborate closely with the Creative Director to lead project teams encompassing creative, production, and strategy, ensuring the delivery of highly effective advertising campaigns.

* Guarantee the timely receipt of clear client briefs, meticulously crafted to guide creative and production teams.

* Take ownership of contact reports and project updates, disseminating information effectively to both internal and external stakeholders to drive project progression.

* Champion cross-departmental collaboration to develop fully integrated, through-the-line creative campaigns.

* Partner with commercial operations and production teams for proactive activity planning, managing and escalating any shifting project timelines as necessary.

* Ensure all creative work receives necessary stakeholder approval at every stage of development.

* Oversee the fiscal control and rigor of projects, collaborating with production to maintain efficient and accurate budgeting, tracking, and reporting.

* Proactively identify and anticipate risks and issues, recommending solutions throughout the strategic, creative, and production development processes.

* Translate complex creative and business concepts into clear, concise narratives, presenting them effectively to senior leadership to achieve business objectives.

* Present confidently, manage feedback constructively, and negotiate pragmatically to secure clear and consolidated input.

* Cultivate strong relationships with Marketing, media agencies, and other partners across multiple regions to foster optimal, unified creative output for all briefs.


What You'll Bring:

* A fundamental understanding of through-the-line (TTL) advertising creative and branding.

* A minimum of 5 years of Account Management experience, specifically leading large, complex, fully integrated campaigns, especially within sports.

*A strong background within an agency environment.

* A strong track record of success within high-performing teams in agile and fast-paced environments across multiple territories.

* Excellent commercial acumen and proven experience managing projects within budget and on schedule.

* A thorough understanding of creative development and delivery timelines, with the ability to manage internal teams to deliver on time and to required standards.

* Exceptional skills in building and maintaining relationships at a senior level (e.g., Head of Department), with evidence of achieving successful outcomes through these relationships.

* Proven ability to lead creative processes, keeping creative teams on track during development with excellent judgment.

* The capacity to present clear creative and business narratives concisely and confidently to senior stakeholders, including Heads of Department and Marketing Directors.

* A track record of successfully aligning complex stakeholder groups to achieve common goals and deliver intricate projects.

* Passion for the power of creativity to solve business problems, with the ability to provide strategic input on briefs and add value during the creative development process.

* Experience working across a broad range of creative disciplines and an understanding of how to foster collaboration among different creative functions for superior output.

* The ability to maintain a high-level, customer-focused, strategic outlook while also diving into detail when an issue demands it.

* A collaborative working style characterized by a pragmatic, proactive, and positive approach to creative problem-solving.
