We are working with an independent, integrated marketing and communications agency looking for an Account Director who combines integrated agency delivery excellence with a strong understanding of AI and strategic thinking. You’ll lead key client relationships, steer multi-disciplinary teams across creative, digital, PR, events and data-led solutions, and help shape how emerging AI capabilities enhance the way we solve client challenges. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a growing environment, enjoys variety, and can move confidently between delivery, strategy and AI consultancy.
Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day management of complex, integrated client accounts across creative, digital and data workstreams. Drive delivery excellence, ensuring work is on brief, on budget and on time across multiple active projects. Build trusted client relationships, proactively identifying opportunities to solve business challenges and improve outcomes. Work closely with creative, digital, production and strategy teams to translate client objectives into clear, actionable programmes of work.
