Account Executive (E-Learning)

£100k basic salary plus uncapped OTE

London (Hybrid)


This is not a job for the faint of heart.


It’s for the AE who’s ready to walk into a £40M legacy revenue machine—and tear it down to rebuild something world-class. You will be handed a warm book of global logos, executive buy-in, and the green light to reshape how enterprise sales are done completely.

  • 10,000+ low-value deals per year
  • £3 - 10K average deal size

  • Collapse that volume and go upmarket—fast
  • Land suxfigure deals, expand to 7-figures

  • Sold into FTSE 250
  • You’ve done the hard yards in SaaS / Consultancy / Platform sales.
  • You’re used to chaos, not process.
  • Closed £1M+ annually
  • Operated in complex enterprise environments
  • Know how to turn vision into pipeline, and pipeline into revenue
  • Don’t flinch at a blank slate—you thrive on it
