Job Summary We are looking for a driven, savvy game changer ready to dive into the trenches and make an immediate impact as an Account Director in a healthcare advertising agency. This role requires solid client services experience and involves leading client strategy engagements, overseeing project execution, and driving new business opportunities. Responsibilities

Lead and work within cross‑functional teams to deliver outstanding client work. Take responsibility for developing and protecting the client/agency relationship. Own allocated accounts strategically and tactically. Execute global, regional, and local campaigns. Lead strategic planning sessions internally and with clients. Play an active role in developing, training, and motivating the team. Identify, support, and drive new business operations and organic growth. Manage client budgets, project budgets, staffing, and team utilisation.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience as an Account Director with healthcare clients. Strong experience with global pharmaceutical clients. Good understanding of brand promotion and campaign production. Highly organized with strong time‑management and attention to detail. Ability to make informed decisions and support team needs. Independent thinker who is a confident team player. Ability to devise and articulate solutions to problems. Strong written, oral, and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Location The role is based in either London or Manchester, requiring office attendance twice a week at the chosen location.
