About the Role We're looking for an experienced Account Director to support and lead our client teams, owning day‑to‑day client communications while driving strategic and commercial long‑term growth. This role is central to building strong, trusted client relationships and requires proven experience in a similar position within a social or influencer agency. We offer a flexible working setup. While your office base will be in Central London, you can choose how and where you work – whether that's in the office or from home. We bring everyone together in person Tuesday to Thursday for key collaboration, and working hours are flexible around your needs. About you
You're passionate about influencer and social media marketing and driven to deliver work that makes a measurable impact You're a strategic, commercially minded Account Director who builds trusted, senior‑level client relationships You confidently lead briefs, strategy and creative presentations, with sharp attention to detail You thrive managing complex, multi‑channel accounts and aligning teams to deliver seamlessly You bring strong commercial awareness, with experience in forecasting, growth and negotiation You're a compelling communicator, comfortable influencing at board level You've worked in a similar Account Director role, ideally within a social or influencer agency, and you're ready for your next step
