Job Description
I’m working with a well established independent agency that’s looking for an Account Director to join their team.
This is a role for someone who enjoys being properly involved with clients, helping shape ideas, bringing campaigns together across channels, and making sure the work being delivered actually performs.
You’ll sit right at the centre of the agency, working across strategy, creative, media and content, partnering with clients and internal teams to deliver campaigns that connect the dots between insight, creativity and results.
If you enjoy variety, building strong client relationships and having a genuine say in the work being delivered, this could be a really nice move.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll lead a portfolio of clients, acting as their main point of contact and a trusted partner day to day. That means guiding projects from brief through to delivery, keeping internal teams aligned, and making sure campaigns land the way they should.
You’ll work closely with strategy, creative and digital teams to bring integrated ideas to life, while also helping identify opportunities to grow accounts and strengthen client partnerships.
There’s a good mix here of client leadership, campaign delivery and strategic input, so it suits someone who likes being involved in the bigger picture rather than just managing projects.
What they’re looking for
They’re looking for someone who is comfortable leading client relationships and working across integrated campaigns.
You’ll likely come from a digital or integrated agency background, with experience delivering work across multiple channels. A good understanding of digital performance, creative and strategic projects would be ideal.
Most importantly, they want someone who is proactive, organised and confident working with both clients and internal teams, someone who enjoys bringing people together to deliver great work.
