Location: Home based with regular travel to vendors and customers (Monday to Friday 9am 5.30pm)

Join our team at Exertis UK as an Account Director in our AV team, where youll maintain and develop relationships with customers, identify new area of business with existing accounts and onboard new partners.

As Part Of The Team, Youll

Drive growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and effective complaint resolution.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to create and implement new product and brad strategies tailored to customer needs.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities by working closely with Product managers, Vendors and other sales channels.

Build deep customer profiles and gain in-depth knowledge of their business to maximise profit opportunities.

Support the onboarding process by opening communication with target accounts and reviewing credit limits to enable smooth account set up.

What Were Looking For

Youre someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and has experience working in retail sale with the ability to manage complex supply relationships. To excel in this role, youll bring:

At least 5 years experience within an AV sales role

Strong communication and relationship management skills.

Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

A willingness to learn and embrace sales challenges.
