It's a big role with lots of responsibility but your manager is well aware of challenge you face so you'll be well supported from day one by the senior management team with lots of resources (knowledge, strategy leads, an established team and data) at your disposal and the freedom to do what's necessary. The aim here is incremental improvements, not giant leaps. Ultimately you'll get a lot of job satisfaction from working with the client to improve service delivery. This job isn't for the faint hearted but, if you're tired of a babysitting or acting as a placeholder with a client that just wants to maintain the status quo, this is the position for you. As this is a Director level position we will need you to have worked in a similar job overseeing facilities management service delivery across a multi-site estate before.
